I wonder how much of these are related to the operational start-up being complete and no real plans on the horizon for newly designed vehicles. Designers, engineering, supplier managers, supplier quality can all become expendable when things are static and stable. Was a victim of that myself.

No they didn’t.

They aren’t far off? But it does seem like you are being a little ridiculous here, i’m not going to be led down a conversation on why Tesla isn’t making the cheapest cars on the market, there’s some super basic articles you can find about why those cars exist.

I think so, i think it’s just a comparison of cars sold to their 10k statements, I can’t imagine they are able to break it down to the car type or anything, it’s just total net profit vs total cars sold with special charges removed (and i’d assume in Tesla’s case also all their Carbon credits removed.

Competes with the corolla on what?

I’m not going to stan for Elon, everything you say might be true, but there’s no doubt that Tesla’s manufacturing costs are significantly lower than legacy carriers, they have no pensions to support, they use about 1 human to every 3 at the more traditional manufacturers, significantly driving down labor costs. I did

Well there are already civil suits involved, so it’s just making it easier than what’s already there. In reality, the child support is tiny compared to what they will lose in a civil suit

Neither are really realistic replacements for a majority of air travel. Building trains in the US that can realistically compete with existing Air travel infrastructure is next to impossible, look at the debacle going on in California right now.

You’d think they’d want to drag it out as long as possible given the vagueness of the rule, just to add a little more suspense/marketing for the next race, but i’m convinced F1 doesn’t know how to do anything that Netflix doesn’t tell them at this point.

it was closed for Lollapalloza only

Not really an option, there’s nothing interesting or unique about this street, by doing it to this street, you’d be opening up yourself to legal recourse for every street and really every city that doesn’t have this protection.

derp.. haha you should be a lawyer in this case and see how that argument flies!

The article specifically says

No, they aren’t really arguing they are at fault here. The family is suing the city arguing the infrastructure is unsafe. They city can’t say, you are right, because it’s literally 75% of the intersections in the city, and there’s no possible way they can be redesigned. There’s no legal arguement here that says “we

No, they aren’t required. This was addressed in a court case that i’m to lazy to look up, involved someone who was gluten free who went to like Starbucks or something and they only had gluten food. Basically the argument was that a restaurant can serve whatever it wanted, and doesn’t have to meet an individuals

The fact that he still has a job is mind boggling. I get if they fire him that they are admitting guilt, but jez, the fallout is going to be way worse than anything brought from the suit.

But it is about teacher pay. it’s not an individual teacher’s pay, but paying more. It’s all into the “teacher salary” bucket on the ledger. It’s just a matter of how you classify it.

They aren’t remote controlled. they are basically glorified golf carts

Looks pretty clean to me, he traveled when he caught the ball just to make sure he got one in though.

Not to be pedantic but it’s an American flight, United’s across the way at T2, this happened at T3
