Yeah, the Cavs are going to have to put Love on Barnes (assuming normal lineup- Tristan guards Bogut/Festus), and Lebron on Green. When they go to the Death Lineup, you almost have to take Love out, or let him guard Iggy, which would be an interesting matchup
