Ah yes $40K now....which means $80k in three years.

Is R2 Supercharger Compatible?

I’ll tell you what though, Mercedes knows how to make beautiful shapes from the rear angles, like man that is simple yet gorgeous.

have it already attached to the ship before decent, I mean it would be a long cable, maybe impossibly long, but better than just going down 2 miles in the ocean and hoping for the best, at least in my opinion.

I know a couple people on that sub and the support ship. There’s a lot of bad information out there based on speculation and ignorance- go figure. When the official reports come out it will be clear how and why. Exploring the deep ocean is hard, but it’s worthwhile to understand our planet better. I have ZERO interest

These people were allowed to visit the Titanic, weren’t they? And not all hikers that are rescued are rescued from a place they were allowed to go. It seems the only real difference between the two is the cost it takes to go on the adventure, and the difficulty and costs associated with rescuing them - or trying to

I mean, OK, but where do you draw the line?  Are you not a fan of government spending tax dollars rescuing a group of middle class hikers that get lost in the mountains?

Soooo...in other words, exactly what their comment says?

I pray it just catastrophically imploded at depth. That would be more merciful than sitting on the bottom freezing to death while your air runs out. Or worse floating on the surface staring at the horizon while your air runs out; no hatch, bolted in.

If I am buying a “sporty Volvo”, it needs to have a sporty transmission.  And of course be preferably a wagon.

Price is too high and it has the wrong transmission.

Too much money and an automatic makes for ND.

I’ve never seen someone so worked up over a car that, and I cannot this emphasize enough, you don’t have to buy or drive. You’re literally imagining people to yell at.

3200lbs is LIGHT these days. That’s the same as an Evora.
A Corvette weighs 300lbs more. An M3 is 4k lbs these days.

Get off your high horse.

You don’t care how it drives, and yet you think of yourself as an enthusiast?

Im in the same boat. I have owned GTI’s, Golf R’s and an S3. And they were all great, but a little formal.

Otherwise the cars are virtually identical in features and options so I can’t understand the price premium.

I’m kinda the target audience for this car. Married with two kids under 10, I’m on the backside of 49 and I have just enough disposable income that the price hike over a type R is doable.

It’s already one of the best things Honda has ever done, and were I able to afford it right now, I’d 100% have a deposit in already. Yes, it’s a large premium to pay over a Type R, but I can tell you that having Type R levels of performance + more luxury features in a package that looks somewhat subtle is the

My answer might be different if I was younger, but if I was in the market, I’d absolutely pay the premium for the Type S over the Type R.
