Nope, T-Mobile makes you pay the extra $2 a month if you go 4k. Everyone would upgrade to that if that wasn’t the case.

I agree, I don’t mind the price increase because the value is still very high, especially with the ever increasing (typically) high quality original content.

Renters insurance is so cheap, and I don’t know anyone who’s ever had a hard time with claims.

I wonder if T-Mobile will cover the increase? They pay for mine and the promotion is ‘Netflix on us’, not ‘Most of Netflix on us’.

When I was laid off, I cancelled my dvd service from them, but kept streaming to keep me entertained. This was before they removed 30 Rock, Futurama, My Name is Earl though.

Thanks for this. I just turned off badges for my 20+ year old Yahoo account that I hold onto to keep my Gmail inbox cleaner. Now I’ve only got 137 unread messages instead of 6700! =)

This is an excellent point. The foreign students that I met in college were so much better prepared in English grammar that I actually had them proofread my papers because I knew that they would catch stuff that my roommates had let go in the past because they made similar mistakes. It was still fresh for them too

Absolutely. That was my experience. I mean, I knew English grammar, but I didn’t *know* English grammar until I had to map it to German.

I feel like having a good understanding of grammar has been a big help to me in learning other languages. I’d hear others complain that the word order didn’t make sense. Then it would click, oh, it’s usually just object-subject-verb rather than subject-verb-object (or whatever). Once you know the basic structure, you

Yes, I learned the finer points of English grammar in Latin class.

Subjunctive, imperfect...yup. Learned about all those through Spanish.

And god knows I tried in vain to talk sense into the Bernie or Bust crowd and explain that it was all about the supreme court, but they just didn’t care. And now we are paying the price.

It’s very obvious, it’s a pop-up where you have to accept the surge charge, either she’s lying or there was a glitch affecting just her... The likelihood of that is slim to none.

Despite the fact that she had to actively agree to it before accepting the ride via the App, yes.

I call bullshit haha

Smoke and heat isn’t really an issue if you have a modern gas insert with proper venting.

The core of every privilege is not having to think about it. Glad we all get to break that.

I seem to be in the minority here, I love this feature. 90% of the time when I use these toggles, what I really want is “disconnect from that thing” so I find this convenient in that I don’t need to remember to turn it back on later.

Finding the right amount to use took a bit of experimentation. What I shoot for is the minimum that allows me easily reset my part and sides with a few swipes of the comb without having to add more product. Of course, hair product and tool selection will depend greatly on your particular mane.

I have short-medium hair, straight. I use a small amount of forming paste, like a light pomade for shaping.
