This is exactly what I wanted to say as well. I don’t understand the dislike and even hatred for her at all. This interview makes me think she is exactly what you said- kind, well-spoken, honest and humble.

I just use Evernote to store recipes. I’m the same as you in that I always worry that websites will disappear,so i like to have them stored somewhere.

I guess, but I just copy/paste recipes into notepads and keep them in a folder. Then, I can search any ingredient, preparation, etc., and either print out the recipes (for shopping and easier cooking/baking) or copy/paste the ingredients into a list.
