And here I was enjoying the great sale prices on a huge selection of games now that I'm doing a little more PC gaming again. Steam's prices blow just about everything out of the water, and the difference between console & PC prices is insane.

Keep checking retailer sites - their listing will likely vary a bit on this one.
I love it when people post things like this, Kotaku edits the article, then other users come on and call the original poster stupid. Internet!
I'm still holding onto a little bit of hope that EA will release a complete edition of KOA with the DLC bundled onto the disc. I'd buy that in a heartbeat.
Killzone 1 lets you completely customize the controls. I went back to play the original PS2 game this year and changing the controls to a more modern layout was a life-saver.
Sorry, I don't buy that story. The DLC is touted as being the "true ending" DLC, not the "this was going to be a second game" DLC.
Bad move: Not bothering to ship Asura's Wrath with the actual ending. I am never buying that game if Capcom does not put out a complete edition. Knowing Capcom's track record on DLC, I'm not holding my breath.
Convicted sex offenders are labeled as such and made to register on a sex offender registry/database because they are often quite prone to re-offend. Restriction from things like the internet is pretty common. This seems like a smart application of preventative restrictions, to me.
Everyone.
It would be really interesting to have it set during Cortes' conquest of Mexico. Has any game covered that period yet?
Ding ding ding!
Thought it was just me. Flash player on Firefox has been terrible for a while now, for me anyway.
Worth a shot!
THEY'RE ALL GOING TO LAUGH AT YOU
Entirely sloppy. I agree 100%. I hope I don't come off as trying to defend this practice, but I'm just being practical. It exists, and it's one of the reasons I am not a fan of this "digital future" we are living in.
I would hazard a guess and say the features were not ready, so the day one patch likely did a whole lot more than just unlock them. I don't know for sure, though.
Hey. I'm not saying it's right, but it's the reality. We consumers demand bigger, better and more technology-filled/complicated products, at rock bottom prices, right now rather than later.
The whole point of the day one download patch is that the software update could not make it into the production units; whether that be preloaded, or in the box as a separate install disc... c'mon, man.
That's a great idea!
Bethesda would be a great fit for this game.
