Happy, Happy Birthday! I am glad you are enjoying it so much! All the best to you!

I'm so sorry. I've been putting it off for years. I hope you feel better asap!

And this is what she does when she knows it's going to be recorded? What about if/when it wasn't?

Those were sooooo cute!!! You must have looked great!!!

Once a kid told me he didn't need to know how to READ because he was gonna be a famous fill-in-blank and I reminded him he was fifteen and already knew how to read!

I remember, and I get it.

Someone near Knoxville said the poster got in touch with her after offering to chat/meet up and I hope that's a positive.

My favorite is using it to clean the microwave. Place it in a bowl with some water — maybe 50/50 ratio, microwave til it boils, then let the bowl sit for a good ten minutes or so — let your microwave get steamy inside. When you open it up, everything will be damp/wet and you can wipe all the stains away with a sponge.

I am so very sorry for you and for your family. I'm glad your grandpa didn't suffer and had his friend with him. I hope your furry pal finds a great home. Please take care of yourself and know I'm sharing your sadness. My grandfather was my favorite person ever and you won't forget him.

AS IF it's butter ;)

Apparently brains are, too.

Yes — the bleakness of knowing absolutely nothing moves you.

Did not know about Kathy Bates. That's a wow and definitely worth a time machine trip!

Does Joe know something about coats that I don't? While I'm sure there are people wearing exceptional outerwear at Fashion Week, I think it's the "underneath outfits" that make people stand out? Have I been living a lie?

Have any of you seen the film version of 'night, Mother" with Sissy Spacek? It's incredibly intense and I don't know if I could experience it again.

Shocked none of the folks at io9 came up with the "Africa" reference!

So disappointing :( and I'm sorry for your friend. That could not have felt good for anyone. Well, except for Tantrum Man. I wish he hadn't acted like a stereotypical Bad Celebrity. Maybe he forgot his cheekbone trick.

That makes me feel very happy and warm, as corny as that may sound. Every now and then something just makes a person feel good, and it sounds like they affected you that way.

"Ben, pretend to yawn and check out that lady behind you! She just told her friend you're Matt Damon!"

Or someone bathes them!
