If the dealer refuses, gives you some line about how “it’s store policy” some other garbage, just take your business elsewhere.

To all the dealer salesmen commenting on these types of articles:

Yeah, I don’t plan on tracking my Miata solely because I don’t want to install a roll bar. Maybe eventually if I stop daily driving the car but for now Auto-x is the life for me!

Whoever was doing tech wasn’t doing their job properly. All open top cars need a bar that extends above your helmet in NASA.
