What do you think of the Mazda Miata?

My idea of a track Car:

Fake trees growing on the dash didn't make it? That's a shame. I guess Jalops love their planet saving hybrids.

My lights turn on in a really dark underpass on a freeway here and when I get into my underground parking lot and also on cloudy days.

I see a badge that says V12. Your argument is invalid.

Power liftgate. American laziness at its best. Because having to open and close a door that is already supported by shocks to weigh next to nothing is oh so difficult. I also hear these and power sliding doors on minivans have some of the highest warranty costs.

Most useless technology is a dashboard that grows digital trees as you save fuel driving your "green" car to make you feel better about yourself thinking you are saving the planet.

CVT's with designated ratios. Defeating it's own purpose.

electronic e-brake

Factory navigation systems. Absolutely worthless and ridiculously overpriced.

Touch Screens

1997 Jordan - Mugen Honda. Lovely colour, very distinctive, stood out on a very colourful grid in that season, and the snake up the nose cone was cool ! And it was fast too !

The worst and biggest, you ask? "Hybrids are eco-friendly". If you think otherwise, compare manufacturing a hybrid with a 'regular' car, especially the batteries.

Priuseseses are more ecologically friendly than not trashing your existing car to buy it

At this point, all countries and all brands have good and bad product covering all the bases. Some american cars have excellent fit and finish and can handle quite well. Some are still relics of the past with bad panel…
