When I worked in retail I would have people trying to "recruit" me on a regular basis. Good workers are much harder to find than you think. Or as I learned when I was training in retail, you can't teach common sense.

I've had really good luck with macys recently. Some of it is a little older/more conservative looking but they done a better job of having younger/more fun stuff. Plus you can almost always find a sale or use a coupon.
