So a room + meals at UCSD is ~$13K, but that’s probably only for 9 months’ occupancy and I doubt a dorm room is much bigger, and it’d have no kitchen and a shared bathroom. I have no idea how close this is to campus, but at $13,2oo for 12 months it seems comparable.
