I’m very early on, but so far it seems like magic users are VERY resistant to other magic users. So you need both types. No Tharja yet, but I’m keeping my eyes open!

So, is magic not the way to go in this FE? Because usually it’s the magic users that tended to wreck me in FE games from Awakening to Echoes. Regardless, I’ll probably go Black Eagles, because I love me the possibility of encountering a Tharja-type dark mage. All FE games need their own Tharja.

It’s refreshing to have a series where you follow an efficient villain as your protagonist. You have to look at it from the perspective of the MC effectively becoming the eponymous overlord as the show goes on and he keeps edging closer to a real, full blown elder lich.

They aren’t remaking the models, they made models with Creatures inc back in 2013 that will scale for many generations, they are still using them.
