The worst part about fog is that it distorts the perceived speed. Based on visual cues (speed of road markings), the mind believes it’s going slower than it really is, so the tendency is to drive faster than normal to regain the correct “feel”. One needs to be very diligent on monitoring their speed, or if conditions…

Assuming that negative camber applied to vertical stabilizers, as seen on the SR-71 increases stability, while positive camber as seen on the F-18 decreases stability, then they are properly applied!
