The Godfather’s plot is pretty standard videogame stuff. Man home from the Army helps family with violent crime. Citizen Kane would be okay, I guess - run a media conglomerate while keeping the wife happy. Neither is really a walking simulator.

The traffic simulation is pretty brilliant once you get the hang of it. I read an awesome article by an actual civil engineer that explained the basic principles that the simulation uses, and how good planning can defeat the system. I’ll see if I can dig it up for you.

The city’s needs are different at night, too. Traffic and noise patterns change. Garbage creation and fire likelyhood change, too.
