My only issue with Austin BBQ is you have to commit at least a half day to go to some of the better spots (or at least the spots I like). Franklins, Salt Lick, anywhere in Lockhart. Only place I can think of that provides the quality of bbq at the speed of service moreso than Rudy's is House Park BBQ.
