This seems to be assuming that all weed is grown hydroponically in a fully controlled environment. That's simply not the case. Most is grown outdoors in semi-wild situations. That's why so much of it comes from places like Kentucky, Humboldt County California, and Hawaii - places with wilderness and climates…
