Well, this will go over well in the comments.

If you were a billionaire and bought an F1 team, wouldn’t you put your son into that seat as well? Most parents will do without even thinking twice. The car is not very competitive. They are finishing where the car lets them finish, grid wise. They have Alonso on the team, the car is still not competitive. Might as

That’s what people said about his E30 conversion. And then his idea of starting a supercar company from Croatia of all places. Or his attempt to supply battery systems to world’s fastest cars.

When in doubt, axe your way out

Mercedes is an actual car manufacturer with years and years of experience building high quality cars..

“I thought $500k would be achievable. But we had to put a process in place to get to that number. We got to that number through competition.”

I’ve watched the carwow’s walk around video last night and my brain still cannot compute the whole steering wheel design. It’s just absolutely mind boggling.

Be like every other peasant and drive your Ferrari.

Probably due to price and difficulty of replacing it

The orange turd said he wants to ban all EVs just 2 weeks ago.

Why the fuck are they driving a truck on the beach? On any normal beach, they usually drive buggies or those Polaris carts. The ones that usually don’t kill people.

When you have the weight of a pick up truck on top of you, bleeding internally is the least of your problems.

Given Audi’s race history, I suspect their F1 entry will be rather successful. Wouldn’t be surprised if they will be fighting for WCC quickly after entry.

$2B...sheesh. He ended up with around $600M after everything and has been dropping money left and right on mansions and cars. I really hope this isn’t gonna end up as another story of a lottery winner blowing thru all the cash in 10 years.

1st gear: That’s because majority of shareholders are muskies in disguise. Even the massive hedge funds and other institutions, they are all fans of Musk (that’s why they hold shares in the first place). I really hope he bounces as soon as he gets his paycheck and stock goes to shit, so the shareholders realize they

I don’t get the hate for this car. It looks better in person. Yes, it’s brash and insulting. At least it’s different. You can buy this and stand out, or you can buy a Cayenne or a Range Rover and be like every other 5th person in a local Whole Foods parking lot.

People who want something other than a Cayenne or a Range Rover? You pull into a Whole Foods, there’s like 5 Cayenne’s and 3 Range Rovers (all in the same color).

1st gear: Or is it coming out, but they need to unload all current old stock. You tell people a new one is coming this year, and nobody will buy the old ones. Inverse everything Musk says.

People are going to lose interest in this thing by the time it comes out. I already lost mine. The interior looks incredibly basic and overall doesn’t look very practical without a flat floor.

Driving a Chevy Suburban at night in the rain on Mass Pike. A floor mat (piece of shit weather tech) got on top of the throttle pedal. And because the mat was heavy, the pedal got jammed down. Truck accelerated to 85mph (or so) real quick. I jammed the break pedal with my left foot, while at the same time trying to
