merging the safety regs has to happen at some point. Would save so much money i’m surprised it hasn’t happened already!

Ford insider here. Its called the BRAPTOR. Your Welcome.
Honda was doing Aspheric mirrors for a while, a single piece of glass, most of it is flat but it goes convex at the edges to give you the same effect of having a wider Field of View. Pretty cool once you get used to it.
When a video is done playing, Why does it automatically send me to another page where all the videos are lined up?
Yes, but on the driver’s side the spotter does expand your FOV beyond a standard mirror. Passenger side its not as useful, maybe 1-2 degrees extra view.
I was in your position almost exactly a year ago. One piece of advice i can give is get the car seat in the car a couple weeks early, so you’re not wrestling with it in the hospital parking lot, fighting the heat and humidity after getting no sleep for 2 days.
Blind Spot mirrors were standard issue on all Fords and Lincoln’s for over a decade, before BLIS became standard across the board.
This thing is still gonna cost a ton, and no one is going to dump 70-90k+ into a truck without all the bells and whistles so yes, this will be a luxury EV truck that happens to be shaped like an F-150.
Not trying to excuse this behavior, but since we haven’t been going out I’ve created a back-log of new restaurants/breweries/distilleries i want to try, there are so many and I’ve definitely forgotten about a lot of them.
There’s only one thing that i know how to do well,
Yeah, whatever, next you’re gonna tell me Soylent Green is chicken.
Once again Colorado trying to recreate something New Mexico does, but doing it worse. NM had a Jet liner, not 2 dinky prop planes!
They are definitely bigger than before they were discontinued in the US, but you just can’t make them like you used to. The Maverick might be closer but there will never be another truck similar to the small ranger/mazda/toyotas of the late early 2000s.
To be fair the “new Ranger” was really just the Old Ranger the rest of the world has had for years, homologated for the US.
Because I don’t give enough of a shit about the moralizing to give up something I enjoy. If I wanted to guilt myself into self-deprivation, I’d convert to Catholicism.
THIS! Ive been burned by surge pricing too many times, now i just call a cab, and its so much easier/cheaper.
After a few terrible experiences with Uber’s “Surge Price Gouging” I’ve switched to standard taxi companies for airport shuttles or a ride home from Beerfest, and i’ve been much happier.
Unfortunately the pressure to cut costs forces everyone to look to Asia to meet their targets and keep middle management happy. I probably wasted more money trying to switch gasket suppliers to somewhere in China than the 50k it was going to save. Plant guys rejected it anyway, which was probably the right call, but…
Depends on your outlook. Its nice people can afford expensive things, but if you’re sitting there trying to keep your head above water its tough to have that positive outlook, to be happy for that guy.
Good on ya Champion!
