YES!!! I moved from the southwest to the midwest 7 years ago and i could not find good tortillas, so i started making them. I can’t use lard because my wife is vegetarian, so i do Tortillas de Mantequilla which use butter and milk instead of lard and water. There is literally nothing better than a fresh warm tortilla…

I’ll accept boneless wings are childish, but i’ll argue they are superior to bone in wings. more nooks/crannies for sauce to adhere to, and you get more meat AND breading. I will eat them all day, with a fork, and i will enjoy them.

Zingermans is pretty delicious, they’ve got their own little food empire. They have the Deli in Kerrytown, but also a creamery, bakery, coffee shop, each one making things from scratch in house. Their mail order business is pretty big, they also have the Roadhouse restaurant AND an events venue out in Dexter.

Biggest bar tab was probably wine tasting at a local taproom, my wife decides to give the servers a 100$ tip that she herself had received earlier that day. So on top of the wine and snacks that’s probably a $150+ tab. (Not including the wine club we signed up for, so its even bigger, $400-500$ expense...)

It was, maybe 2013? 2014? good condition hard tops were still going for 1200, so getting a whole running car attached to said top was pretty cool. Top itself is in rough condition, now sits on my NB, still in need of refurb.

A dedicated platform wouldn’t make financial sense. However, Lincoln bodies are completely new, no body panels shared. There are more stringent requirements for fit, finish, NVH etc. too.
