Everyone is already moving to Colorado, its too far gone except for a few of the smaller more remote towns. At this point we should sacrifice it to the Californians and merge forces to protect the rest of the western states.

I wonder if anyone from VW has ever been to Taos. Fun Fact, the local SCCA chapter used to host an Auto Cross in the Taos Ski Valley parking lot. A gorgeous location, if a bit sketchy. Its kind of peaceful hearing squealing tires and engine noise reverberate around the mountains.

I’m glad they can point out New Mexican cuisine is different than Mexican, or Tex Mex, but come on, come within 300 yards of a New Mexican and we will be talking your ear off about Chile. There are tons of pueblos with their own culinary history.

Tacos are an amazingly flexible dish that can be healthy. Insides can be any variety of vegetables, cooked or raw. Top with the slaw with lime based dressing and salsa or hot sauce. kmdk81484 made a good point about Cotija cheese, just a tiny bit has big flavor! 

You’ve hit some good points in here,#1 is the no Fake Meat rule*. I understand the reason for it, but it never taste good. Tofu is a blank canvas, it can taste as bland or as flavorful as you want, you just have to learn to cook with it, which is kind of the larger lesson here, learning a new way of cooking can be fun…

I like the look, clean, pretty enough. Has a lot of Lotus Evora around the back end styling, but overall its great!

It really was awesome, i think we sent the bakery 2 photos of example cakes we thought were cool and they came up with the rest. We had the same bakery do a dinosaur egg theme cake for a gender reveal for our daughter, they nailed that too. Great family owned bakery with very reasonable prices!

Same here, we had a small cake and assorted cupcakes for guests, evidently the cupcakes were amazing, I only got half a bite of one flavor :(

Instead of freezing part of the cake, the bakery we got ours from will just make you a new one of the same flavor on your 1 year anniversary. Our wedding cake was Hobbit themed, so no figures.
