I used to think that way but i’m glad i got one without it. The lines are so much cleaner. Fuchs though, can’t imagine a 911 without Fuchs...
The wife Unit is pregnant and missing her IPAs, we both tried the Lagunitas stuff, its not bad. One of the local restaurants has a mocktail using the Lagunitas and some grapefruit juice, it worked really well.
David, How do you afford to register and insure these vehicles in Michigan, the state with the highest insurance rates in the country (also a bizzare registration cost structure)? Is there some secret “80% Rust” rule that makes insurance cheaper?
Fuck me, you lost it half way through. Do you have a word quota you’re trying to fill?
Now THERE’S and Eagle the Hobbits should have taken to Mordor.
Leave it to East Coasters to ruin breakfast burritos...
Sadly most people have forgotten what real steering feels like. I jumped from a Corsair to my FiST the other day, the steering was night/day, but in the Corsair i found that i didn’t have to brace for impact when going over pot holes. Even more pronounced is when i jump from the FiST (which has decent E-PAS) to my…
AWD is something people know they want, its easy to sell the benefits. RWD takes more explaining, people don’t have the attention span for it.
Even if the Tier 1 supplier is local, the tier 2 and 3 suppliers source from China. Good thing there is a 5+ week shipping time, but yeah, i’m surprised we haven’t heard about shutdowns yet.
The Over The Air architecture is coming, its just not in current vehicles.
To find people that don’t look like the country club you’d have to go pretty deep into the ranks...
Can you wait a couple more years? And does it have to be called “Ranger”??
I think the FiST suspension has shaken your brain loose a bit (its broken my back). Expecting an Escape to drive like a FiST isn’t reasonable. Most people are looking at the infotainment and not paying attention to the suspension anyway.
Most people don’t care what wheels are driven on their vehicle, Ford is learning this with the Explorer. Spent tons of money developing the engine/drivetrain/chassis, there wasn’t much left over for the interior, and no one cared that it was an all new RWD vehicle.
Its alot, but might not include what the suppliers should be giving back. If your parts fail and its the suppliers fault they should really be the ones paying you. Problem is, agreements like that take a long time to negotiate, the 2019 numbers are far from settled.
Alot of the issues they’ve been having recently are software/integration issues. Getting features to work correctly with all the other features. Yes you have to make sure the physical parts are OK but its the software thats been killing them for years. Putting money into the connected vehicle architecture is a first…
The manual transmission cars are more reliable, why didn’t you consider one of those?
Still there as far as i know, but its been over 6 years for me.
If you’re ordering just “chile” as a meal you will probably get a green chile stew which might have meat or beans in it. If you’re getting chile on top of a meal (smothered is life) its usually just roasted/chopped peppers.
