I would LOVE to commute by public transit, or bike, however google tells me it will take 3 hours to get to work, i can drive there in 35 minutes. My community is talking about putting an Amtrak stop dowtown, which would be awesome for commuting depending on the timing.

They do this. Or Delta already does this. I used to fly for work, and my co-workers who flew more regularly and were rewards members almost always got upgraded to first class.
