Never a baguette or loaf unless it is sliced for starters. Must be sliced bread. But, generally, it would have to be high quality white to go white. I don't like the bread retainer it makes on the roof of my mouth.
I would argue that there are a number of people in this thread who are troubled by it and it would, by extension, be troubling.

At least show an actual EastBurn grilled cheese and not a Denny's one. I don't know why that matters given the story, but I feel surprisingly strongly about it.
