Hey everyone, I'm curious to see more community grades, and since that hasn't been fixed yet, I was inspired by digifreak on another show to start a grade thread. So if you want, just reply with your grade for the show and I'll re-edit with an average every once in a while.

Yeah I'm going to give a low grade for this one, C-, so much I found wrong with it. The nonsensical antidotes, Matt getting held hostage in such a stupid way, other obvious flaws other commenters are pointing out, the writing was not sharp tonight.

For TW that was true up till season 2. Sure Danny has no real connection to the plot in TW, but Ethan has been pretty involved with the plots of this season and last. Not central, but still pretty involved.

I loved it. Too bad he fell for that lame and obvious kidnap ploy seconds later though. Thank god he's pretty

TVD season 7:The gang learns from the other side that vampirism is actually just a bacterial infection from a rare E.coli strain. Stay tuned as Stefan and Damon spend half a season deciding whether to cure Elena (without her knowing lol) with an injection of Greek cranberry juice

I just looked back at that first scene in the trainyard because I couldn't remember who made the damn thing. But here it is.

Also as a biochemist, I learned I had to let go of the science a long time ago. West wasn't exactly making the most believable science, creating bioweapons and their cures in what I assume to be a few hours/days.

I suggest an AV Club competition. I think I just came up with one during my lunch break at work

Well we'll obviously learn the backstory between the Noun v. Adjective wars of 2088 in Book 3

I've heard of the names "Falco" and "Champ", so like the N64 character and like what you'd name a dog

thank you, that's something at least. It has its own host of problems but that's at least something

I've been trying to understand the premise of this series for a while, because I can't believe its that dumb. How can people be subdivided into basic human qualities, and how is only having one the norm?

Quit your day dreams, that sounds like a ridiculous premise.

"Dingos Werewolves ate my baby!"

It's just a nitpick for me, but she pretty much just freed them from a curse, that should earn a few brownie points before Oliver gets to be so dickish, and it was actually only about a week since their freedom.

(sigh) Tierry, add to that Monique showing romantic interest. The only side characters without an interest are pretty much Diego and the uncle. It does uncomfortably add up, I'll give you that

-Except its not really killing him like that so much as changing what he thinks, something another witch spell could seemingly change. Let alone compulsion that alters your memories, can make you commit suicide, make you kill someone, etc. It seems so arbitrary that THIS is what's incurable.

Speaking of, I saw a trailer for this artificial intelligence scary robot movie on hulu earlier today, Lotz plays the title role as a crazy, kickass android in "The Machine". Looked pretty cool

With the whole werewolf thing, is that murder trigger still part of the mythology, because if so all of Haley's clan are unapologetic ritualistic murderers. I'm not really judging, I just want it sufficiently addressed

Some parts of the writing I don't understand..
