though I don't agree with the op's tone, I think there's a kernel of truth there. If the situations were reversed, I think a lot of this thread would be raging against the notion of a woman sacrificing her prestigious dream career because she realized that her family is her most important dream.

I thought for sure the pregnancy was going to kill the trip.
Don't remember when exactly Lily's supposed to be going to Italy, but I imagine a large part of her job description is going to have to be being mobile for most of it. Even if they left the next day, that's about 5-6 months until she starts losing that

Yeah that would be too dark for a character we barely found out about 4 episodes away

Both my sisters are 11 months apart. one born in January and the other in December of the same year. It always takes an extra couple sentence to explain that though they're both 5 years older than me, they aren't twins.

Wait I'm missing something, did Lily plan the second baby without telling Marshall?

"shortsightedness"? But he's not the one suggesting they go to Italy for a year while they put their careers on hold working in an ill-defined job post for an eccentric and volatile millionaire.

And with that family, geez. I doubt that helps.

I'm not sure about the details, I imagine he'd have to testify about giving Peter the tape earlier, as that's crucial in the conspiracy to cover it up. Of course he'd make a terrible witness, given his biased relationship with Alicia, both professionally and romantically.

People who rant in Girls and SHIELD threads should not throw stones.

Loved that dialogue. The casualness of it really made me feel that those two were on equal terms. His lawyer isn't his flunky, but a trusted partner. He's that dangerous.

I think there might be some self preservation in there. Will's still looked down upon by a lot of people for his earlier suspension. If he takes the deal, admitting his part in this conspiracy, I bet that would seriously damage his career. His license might be in jeopardy and I doubt any more clients are going to

I completely forgot he existed till I read this comment board.

I also hope that Dillahunt guest stars as her goofy husband. hilarious antics ensue.

New Girl crossover?

I can understand where your coming from. To me it was a solid B on its last run of season 1, but then really delivered on the finale for a definite A episode. Since then season 2 has, for the most part with a few misgivings, been top notch in genre television.

Really loved this episode. Not just with KP, but it was very well made as well. The dialogue cutting between scenes and the music was especially good. Terribly disappointed if the writers didn't have a plan for her, because that was the only glimmer of something truly epic in the fringes of the universe.

I think they blew up the Wes/Augustine arc because they realized how terrible it was coming out. At least early season arc structures had a benefit of building on each other. about 6 episodes left and I have no idea what they're going to do.

Yup, she's a character that's been excessively defined by other people in her life. Next week's promos don't seem to be any better.

Please oh please let there be a deleted scene of that on the dvd.
