Just let Dave Filoni be the Feige of Star Wars already.
Just let Dave Filoni be the Feige of Star Wars already.
Can we get rid of Rian Johnson and Kathleen Kennedy and just get Feige, who knows what he’s doing, to handle things from now on? Ol Rian basically drove a stake through Star Wars. TLJ drove people away, nobody went to see Solo, Galaxy’s Edge is practically abandoned, the “Resistance” cartoon flopped, and the toy sales…
I second that, I was talking with my wife about how even the exposition was the sparse and I noted the part where they mention the foundlings. In a short exchange we learn:
Can’t wait to buy it as soon as I’m done reading Winds of Winter.
I’m afraid that personally, the window of time during which I would have cared about finishing the Song of Fire and Ice books has closed.
Agreed. Bruce is overrated crap.
I recently took my dad to see Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band and even at 92 years old (or whatever) he still rocked. He should be, like, No. 40 or something.
Because the Imperials are the Washington Generals of space villans.
I have low expectations for this film.
Pretty much where I’m at. The sequel trilogy has NOT worked for me, but I bleed Star Wars through and through, so I’ll see the shit outta this on general principle. I just wish this story and these characters worked for me more.
But that wouldn’t jive with the whole humans suck, we’re killing the planet, it’s too late, we’re all dead in 12 years anyway shtick-for-clicks.
It’s 2019, dumbasses. Get a car.
You dumb bastard. It’s not a Schooner, it’s a Failboat.
There’s very little in Arrowverse I love more than the juvenile, petty, bitchy bickering of Malcolm Merlyn and Damien Darhk.
Yeah, hard pass for me on any spinoff with the future generation. Mia Smoak/Katherine McNamara is absolutely absymal and none of the dystopian stuff really caught me. I really wish this season was just Ollie and Monitor getting into timey wimey things.
I get this from some properties but I never got that vibe from the MCU. It eased into the superhero wackyness over a few movies and they do have a habit of showing actors pretty faces(it’s what they are paying for after all) but I never thought they hated what the genre was.
The Cardinal Way
At the same time though, Splinter is often very, very terrible.
that’s like your opinion, I find the office thoroughly annoying.
