you make a wooden buck, add foam carve the foam, puncture holes all over it so the clay can hold, add automotive clay carve it out with a few specialized tools. then primer(forgot the first coats name, then use automotive primer like poly urethane and then paint it like any other car.

this render is a ferrari 599 head lights 458 grill gtr rear glass. that front lip hopefully wont make it anywhere, and the gtr roof line most likely not going to happen on a corvette. i love the ferrari styling it works well on the vette.
