@mricyfire: Well, considering it doesn't display in absolute black or absolute white, the improved contrast actually makes somewhat of a difference.

@mmmcupcakes: You can still get 3G, it's just that now you have the option of the 3G-enabled Kindle or the WiFi-only.

@lankysob: Brian Lam, I would imagine.

@themightyspitz: So when the poem says "in the darkness bind them", is it referring to /b/?

What sort of "catastrophic event" would require the "resetting" of the entire internet? And what exactly would resetting the internet do? Would it simply destroy all the information traveling across it? I would imagine that doing something like that would be even more catastrophic to the world than any event leading

I was expecting these to function as webapps, but from what I've tried so far, they're just smaller tabs that only show the favicon of the current website. Not that useful, to be honest.

@Apeiron001: You mean you use an operating system other than Windows, Mac or Linux? I'm pretty sure you're in the minority here, if you do.

@misha trotsky: Are you TRYING to get on a CIA watchlist, or something?

@TroyRiemer: I know, I feel exactly the same way. When I saw it, I said "Oooh! That would be so useful!" and then I remembered that I've already got one built into my computer.

@digi-boy: Silly, Pokémon don't die, they faint.

@sam_i_am: That's called Photo Booth; have you ever seen that application used for anything else, besides saying "I have a Macintosh and I use it for entertaining things, like applying hilarious filters to photographs of my face."

@sethcollie: Personal item. I know that I have a bunch of cash registers littering my home. Dunno 'bout you, though.

@d3115: Maybe logic and common sense isn't as widespread as you think.

@eigafan: Because then the creepy cashier with the beard and the shifty eyes couldn't follow you home later in the evening.
