That’s fine and dandy, but how does one actually measure happiness? The answer is remarkably simple (and imperfect): self-reporting.
It’s also a fantastic concept. I’ve worked in several skunkworks-inspired projects and the things we can produce when given that sort of autonomy and open-ended goals is pretty amazing.
