I suspected that he had bribed Doyle.

"You're like a son to me."

I think the whole point of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is that it's not a classic romcom that's defined by the will-they/won't-they. It's another kind of show.

Who are "they" in 30 Rock? Liz and Jack? I never even thought of that until the episode where they discussed it themselves.

It didn't think it was boring (haven't rewatched it yet though), but I probably just thought it was nice because it wasn't as bas as TFA. However, I didn't remember any of the characters names even during the movie and that is not a good thing.

I too can't stand Christiano Ronaldo on the pitch (and think he's a bit overrated as a player), but he seems to do a lot of good with his money (granted he's got enough of it), whereas Messi, who often seems so nice and modest, is known for tax fraud.

Die Linke united with a small West German party in 2005, so they are not a pure East German party anymore. (They had strong results in the Saarland last sunday.) While they are still tied to the SED (whose money mysteriously disappeared after 1990), I wouldn't say they're the same anymore. Bodo Ramelow, the governor

Another nice peace of conversation:
"Yeah, I don't know what that is, but is that why you were throwing lightbulbs against our garage?"
"That was unrelated!"

"…and then I came in here and that is now my fifth beer in as many minutes."
"I'm impressed."
"You shouldn't be. I was once drank nine beers in five minutes."
"I here that cry for help, but I meant the break-up."

"To be honest I just made love to your mother in the car!" That was hilarious! It is as System of a down sings: "everyone needs a motherfucker".

I thought season 4 was great, very funny at first, very moving in later episodes. Definitely an improvement compared to season 3.

Not having seen the tv series, I can only guess.
I don't know how much story of the book series the show is planning to cover, but given that it's named after only the second book, I guess it won't be much. The book series isn't even finished yet, and it has already covered 50 years or so. So Uhtred's arc of overcoming

I really love these books, and if I watch a tv show based on them, the show will alter my perception of the books (or rather of the world described in them), and I don't want it to.

I haven't seen The Last Kingdom and will never watch it, but if it comes even close to the quality of the books, it's gotta be pretty much one of the best shows on tv.

I am a bit disappointed that we didn't return to Sabine, doing something without the rest of the crew. Kallus also escaped pretty easily, but since I like how he developed, I'm glad he survived.
I agree that Bendu (whatever he is) was pretty strange: how does someone who emphasizes that he's impartial get pissed off

Kanan even said after the airstrike that it felt like Thrawn actually wanted to kill them this time, and had Thrawn not called off the airstrike and launched the invasion, he would have killed them. But the show would have been over then.

These must have been the some kind of elite stormtroopers entering Tantive IV, they actually hit someone! So right at the beginning, they accomplish something they will never be able to do again through the entire original trilogy.

Loved the way Aly looked up in frustration and then looked at Winston after he said: "Whaaaaat? Man, you wearing a wire?"

"If you get to drunk to drive, call me, cause I will be too and we could be twins."

I'm sure it has been said many times before, but this show does the best cuts.
