Shitty game is shitty. How does this equal US developers can't do it right?

@Kaixx: Agreed - I found the controls so terrible they were almost unplayable, and I have it on some authority that is not likely to change.

Ys Book I & II was a large part of my gaming childhood. I consider that to be the precursor to "cinematics" as we know them. There would be nice little vignettes with voice acting where upon the left and right side of the screen would appear each character that was talking. It was quaint, and largely unprecedented.

I need that little pigeon papercraft.

@Omnimon: I too am busy. Often, I get up at 5am to play games before I go to work, because I don't have time any other time of day and my weekends are spent catching up on other stuff in my life.

@Vodun: Artist actually:)

Jade rules.

@beeporama (brian.j.parker): Very true - I'd like to think that everyone, not just us who are savvy enough to read Kotaku - want as much content as possible for their $60, but maybe that's being too optimistic.

@Gaff: It makes me VERY nervous as a developer *and* a gamer to accept the notion that gamers' recent trend of not finishing content means that we should give them less for their dollar.

@Gaff: Achievements are not the same as hours spent enjoying a game.

@meshnaster: Actually, you got it right in the first sentence.

BS, BS and finally, BS.

@wild_world_girl: FYI - the only reason I mention Dragon Age is because it was a BioWare article - I am not sure if this guy had anything to do with Dragon Age.

Well, I'll agree that FFXII wasn't an RPG so much, but I'll prolly be in the minority in that I thought Dragon Age was WAY more tedious than it was fun.

@dragonfang18: You'll be able to pay a geek squad employee to install it for you. Confirmed.

Stunning trailer. I got to jump into this game, been putting it off for over a year.
