Fuck the Tomb Raider writers *and* Rachel Eidlin. Rather than strategizing how we should write, can we please just fucking write, and if it sucks, let it suck and not make money?
How much can you possibly love her when you don't even know her name?
We vote more than men, we have nobody to blame but ourselves for these guys being in office.
"Umm... she was straight with him by not engaging and typing on her phone. "
Nah, fuck that. It was a ridiculous comment and you responded appropriately.
Jeez, more hypocrisy on the Jez message boards. If words like these were thrown around about a woman's breasts, we'd be all up in arms.
Jeez - is there nothing you chicks won't take too seriously? It's just a freaking joke.
Wait wait - when dissenters use the shit analogy they get rebuffed. Keep the argument clean ladies, we can't have it both ways.
Without a voice, nothing else matters - you are over complicating it for the sake of argument. If you are going to deny Gynostar the right to express her opinions or feelings, you have already failed the rest of your feminist goals.
Most significant line in the article: "the reason why this apparently erroneous statement was included in the labeling in the first place is fuzzy"
And here I was thinking feminism was about women getting to think and say what they feel. Let's cut up Gynostar's membership card, she isn't thinking the right way.
Err, if it is really as prevalent as all these responders are claiming, I find it difficult to blame culture - if guys are just biologically wired this way then maybe we shouldn't hold it against them. Not trolling here, but if this is just "bad behavior", then it looks like we've been letting them get away with it…
I find your ideas intriguing and I'd like to subscribe to your newsletter.
Thanks, it's nice to feel loved.
love the "dangerous to go alone" reference, but there has to be a better alternative to "stay at home n bone" if you want girls to respond well to your song ;)
But what about Jane's Addiction?!?!?
I kinda did, I've been over at Joystiq lately - Kotaku's coverage of the Sony hack pissed me off, but I kind of forgot exactly why, so I guess I can come back on a trial basis :) Thanks for noticing!
Poor George Broussard. This game was his swan song.
Whelp, I'm out of here. Thanks for all the fish Kotaku.
