Delta seems to be 10 minutes late consistently, but other than that they're a good airline. Always carry a change of clothes in your carry-on, no matter who you fly. Oh and their cookies are awesome.

Air Canada is certainly one of the best. I couldn't get over how much room the plane I was on had. Kind of surprised Alaska is one the narrowest. Sure doesn't feel that way (maybe the extra leg room helps there). American feels more narrow than Alaska to me. Delta's Connection jets (Embraer) are quite nice, too.

External keyboards don't seem to work with messages in the notifications center. At least if you are in an app that is using the keyboard.

Never borrow from your 401k, and while you are it, go ahead and max it out.

Different teams. Different eras. Different positions. Is CBS contractually obligated to work Boomer into a minimum number of these per year or something?

It could be allergies, particularly if you sleep with the window open.

I just read BK paid an effective rate of 27 percent last year. I hardly think taking that down to 26 percent topped their list of reasons to purchase Timbits.

The tax inversion angle is getting a lot of play because that has been in the news lately, but I read the HQ move was really due to Canadian regulators wanting Tim Horton's to stay a "Canadian" company. BK wasn't really looking at the tax angle. I would suspect with the massive write offs the US Tax Code allows

The digital version of GoT is how I got through the first 3 books. X-ray is awesome for fantasy books. There are often times where I wouldn't read the book for a week or so at a time due to work, family, whatever. X-ray was a huge help in remembering what the heck was going on.

Yes to this. The rules are really geared to for to either pay things in full as quickly as possible or declare bankruptcy. Paying off things slowly just makes it sit on your credit report that much longer. Those are just how the rules are written.

40 million guaranteed right now is pretty powerful incentive. Career ending injuries is always hanging over these guy's heads. They think about it all the time.

White noise is a big plus in hotel rooms. I find they are usually dark enough the mask would not be necessary (but if you are used to sleeping with one then by all means take it with you). You should be used to sleeping with a white noise machine as well. So make sure you sleep with it on at home, too. Finally...pay

I honestly can't believe this is even an article.

When our IT department deployed I was like "what is this?" and then when I found out I was like "where has this been and why doesn't Microsoft advertise it?"

Disable sehop check with Chrome and it should work fine. There is a Microsoft KB article out there on it.

Be ready to walk out, but be realistic too and know the situation you are in. Most people are not. I got 0% financing and massive discount walking out once (neither was advertised but the dealer was sitting on a lot of inventory of some gas guzzlers the first time gas prices spiked). They called me less than 24 hours

Their Rotisserie chicken typically produces more meat than the local grocery store, and about 2-3 bucks cheaper per bird (at least up here). It's actually ridiculous how much cheaper/better they are.

Traveling west to east, just book an early morning flight that makes you get up 2 or 3 hours earlier. You'll be tired when you land which is the point (West Coast to East Coast is pretty much the whole day with the 3 hour time change).

It definitely is not a "slam dunk" it is made out to be, but when you sink money into your own home you do end up with an asset when it is paid off. You pay property taxes either way (as part of your rent or mortgage payment) but when you own you get to deduct it (same thing for interest on the loan). Renting your

Not always.
