Not street legal? That's not a winning attitude. Where there is a will there is a way...
@landrovered: I believe you and also commend you for standing up to the bullies here. I would never park like this, but I suspect the people who become enraged over it are the same ones that will go out of their way to park too close to a nice car.
Wow, someone had extremely good taste at exactly the right time.
Nothing gets the really, really stupid girls to drop their panties better than a Fauxrarri.... except perhaps a Lambofauxni.
@bmoreDLJ:
#5 looks like the "two face" Jerry Seinfeld dated in an episode of his show.
I don't know if I should laugh or cry. My favorite auction in the Mark 9 sitting outside (presumably for years, if not decades) with a large tree branch resting accross it in one picture. It can be your for the $2500 opening bid.
I honestly feel sorry for Toyota. It seems every braindead fool who unintentionally stomps the accelerator instead of the brake now knows the unintended acceleration buzzword. It's somehow Toyota's problem? Uh, no...
I want to be the very best
Do want! Really, this car does it for me on several levels. I hope they bring it stateside and sell a ton of them (so I can find and possibly afford a used one some years down the road).
That is a fine display stand, but I think it is a little bit bulky and detracts from the goat.
Wow, that's the creepiest thing I've seen on the web in a while...
Crack pipe. Usted no me verá el conducir que abajo del camino en ese precio.
YES! Thais means real Humvees will be comming to a surplus auctions in the not to distant future.
@snapoversteer 'bout to get told: Straw bidding is painfully obvious, even on el cheapo garbage. I'd be shocked if it isn't there on cars as well. My bigger concern is the built in rush to make a decision (OMG!!! only one day left on the auction!!! Must bid now!) and my general impression that every single car on…
Too bad I already have a job, that you know, like totally pays the bills and stuff.
It would have been better flat black or dark grey with bright red wheels. Super extra bonus points for whitewalls (if a propper fit could be found). That would have either pissed off or delighted everybody else at any car show the owner chose to attend.
In agree on not needing any more Japanese cars. Hondas, Toyotas and Nissans are so Gran Tourismo, if you know what I mean.
