I tend to use Dandelion by Benefit for my blush in photos like that. It’s really light and sheer, but it it does give you a little color.

As a pale person, I always try to wear a decent color of lipstick. If I don’t wear anything at all I wash completely out. Wearing blush and eyeliner and maaaaaybe doing the eyebrows can’t hurt.
