I found all the characters pretty bland for the most part, but that was actually the appeal to me. haha. Was relaxing in a way.

Meh, main acts generally don’t start on time. I think it’s so the stadium can fill, drinks can be sold, merch can be bought and what not.
The key is that they did not inherit a liability that they then needed to neutralize. It is that they never owned that liability in the first place.
