Gould has a better shot of working for the Bears during next year’s draft than Pace or Fox do

Seconding this, as someone with three knee surgeries (all sports-related), including this exact injury. Based on the description, it sounds like a meniscocapsular separation, defined by the “locking” sensation, which is not at all exacerbated by external force. It hurts, yes, but it wouldn’t cause the knee to lock any…
Be careful, may tell people what they don’t want to hear ;) Coming from someone that is is my 30s and has needed a shoulder replacement for a number of years due to a competitive sports injury, you are spot on!! The camera man story is just that, a story. Grow up people! Everyone wants to believe these coaches watch…
This is also what JT Barrett is saying.
I gotta say, as much pub as this story has received, it’s obviously a complete red herring and it’s even a little weird how Urban Meyer has been pushing that angle. It’s just such a weird argument to take.... “a rogue camera guy is the snidely whiplash for Ohio State football glory?”
Opinion seconded by an internal medicine physician. This was an existing problem, not some acute injury because a camera operator bumped his freaking knee. The real damage has been done by the ongoing stress on his knee when he should have had it properly diagnosed and treated and not continue to play on it.
Buckeye fan here and I gotta say something smells off here. If he was so mad and upset and concerned, why call so many designed Qb runs?
I’m not saying you’re wrong... but its an odd take coming from a Lobster.
“Too many damn people on the sideline.”
After all, what is college football if not convincing young men that they need to sacrifice their bodies for the coach’s huge salary err... I mean, higher education. Yeah, that’s the ticket!
Urban Meyer was so concerned by the injury that he started the player anyway.
That is still one of my favourite games to have ever had the pleasure of watching, even if it was only on television.
I probably watched Doc pitch in person 5-6 times. Through the Riccardi years, I would get out the ballpark twice a year or so, and it seemed that he always started when I’d see them against the Yanks.
He…
This sucks in a way that’s hard to put into words. Halladay is someone I’d have driven to Cooperstown to see his induction. A personal hero from back when I still had those.
I dunno about the Bears. At least in their case you can see how they’re trying to build to something. They’ve got the QB they want, it’s just a matter of making something of him.
I would have loved for the Bears to have signed Kaepernick instead of Mike fucking Glennon, but at this point since they’ve handed the reigns off to Trubisky I actually disagree with the Bears being on that list. I am by no means trying to proclaim that Trubisky is for sure the franchise-saving QB that the Bears have…
I’m conflicted. One one hand, that was the coolest shit I’ve ever seen. On the other, those players kneeling during a foofy pregame ritual was deeply upsetting.
The Browns: Like Depends, often covered in their own crap.
Fuck glitter. It is an abomination and a scourge on the land.
