Umm folks, “due process” and “Presumption of innocence” are legal concepts that apply to  proceedings in American (USAian) courts. They do not apply in the ”court of public opinion” and they do not always apply in legal systems outside of the USA. In some countries “presumption of innocence” does not exist at all.

If they’re thinking about stockpiling and chemical sanitation, I don’t think they’re really taking the problem very seriously. What they should really be thinking about is reliable sources with enough capacity to do agriculture. Otherwise you’re just postponing the inevitable.
