The most exciting thing I can say about all this is that I did not know Henry Cavill ever had a mustache but now that I know this, okay, fine, I like him, I’ll watch The Witcher.

“They also believe that projects like Todd Phillips’ Joker are a shining example of how second-billed characters from the DC library can and should be exploited (Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn was another opportunity, though Birds of Prey missed the mark).”

toying with the idea of turning DC into its own solidified content vertical.

They’d better use Nick Lutsko’s theme for Spirit Halloween in the movie.

If Nick Lutsko isn’t involved in this movie, I’m going to riot.

The cringe is off the charts at this point

wouldnt have happened if they had stuck with grant like they shouldve.  sucks to suck.

They should’ve stuck with Grant Gustin because when it comes to public behavior it seems he’s...
Better than Ezra.

This. Exactly this.

The WTF moment was not when Chris Rock made a joke about Jada Smith. The WTF moment was when Will Smith got up from his seat, walked onto stage, and slapped Chris Rock in front of the world. Please don’t make the story about the dumb joke. The dumb joke did not make Will Smith get up there and smack Chris Rock. Will

Because it’s not like hair is hugely important to Black women, and how we’re percieved.

Um, it is. You could definitely make the argument that it shouldn't be but...it is. So...

making a joke about someones medical condition that they are struggling with, who you have a history of going after is 100% punching down.

I’ve heard that Power of the Dog was about toxic masculinity. Mostly I thought it was boring-as-fuck cheese nonsense that had almost nothing to do with real people or real life.

Not only that, but when you defend your loved ones using violence, guess what - your loved ones are more likely to be afraid of you turning that violence towards them than feel protected by it! Never thought I’d get triggered watching the person who wrote “Miami” try to act deep at the Oscars.

What I don’t get about the Snyder Cult is...why?

I seriously doubt Chris Rock actually meant it in a mean-spirited way. A genuine apology in private later on should probably smooth things over. The fact that the main highlight is Rock getting slapped in the face instead of the GI Jane joke itself probably helps a bit too.

That was Will Smith’s biggest hit in years.

of course, that Johnny Depp movie Minimata that basically no non-Depp-fan saw.

Thank you for that.
