I think for Cassie, "trust" now means knowing that the other person has her back, to the point of cold-blooded murder. She's angry that Cole even thought about whether to kill Jennifer or not, rather than doing without hesitation what she believes is necessary.

I'm doing my best! Unfortunately, I failed miserably at sleeping because the headpain was completely unimpressed with the ibuprofen, and I have to work today (from home, so it's not as bad as it could be). But I shall drink lots of water and take things as easy as I can.
That feeling is familiar. And of course you can't take a proper break and get some rest, because you have all those things you have to do, so you just get more and more exhausted while getting less and less done.
