I really hope next week is some “amazing managers” or “that time I told off that customer” stories, because I wanted to reach through the monitor and throttle most of these people.

I feel like everyone should be required to work in food service and retail in their lives in order to appreciate the other side of the counter/table. I always tip 20%. If it is bad service, I’ll tip 15% and feel guilty.
