I made another comment, but he didn't pee. You hear Yuri pour the water before he hands Sy the mug, that's what Sy's drinking. He's just grossed out because Varga has been rubbing his junk all up in the mug.

Varga did not pee in the mug. He just put his junk in it. Listen closely and you can even hear the disturbing "squeak" of him grinding it around in there. But there's never the sound of a splash, a trickle, or any other liquid, when he removes himself there is no mess.
