If their Marvel strategy is any indication (and I believe it is), there will never be a director's cut, or an alternate edit. There may be some deleted scenes as extras, but they don't like having any question about what the definitive version of their films are when they're part of these big interconnected franchises.
Solid episode, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who found the drug test plot contrived.
Why do these reviews this season keep talking as if the show has left behind Joe and Gordon's stories and improved as a result, when in reality it *should* leave behind Joe and Gordon, but instead they're still here, still taking up just as much of the show as Cameron and Donna, still wasting everyone's time? Gwenpool is good stuff though.
We don't have enough Stranger Things to know if the mythology is going to be full of inconsistencies and contradictions like a Lindelof joint yet. All we have are *gaps* in the mythology, which might be bad writing, or might be intentionally withholding information for good reason.
The show doesn't imply that El is the monster, the show weaves the theme of duality throughout everything, from the obvious stuff to the nerd trivia (like the X-Men comic). Exploring the theme through metaphor doesn't imply that El is the monster, despite how badly this video wants that to be true.

Well he's in the trailer, the headline alone isn't revealing any more than that.
Busting makes them feel good.
"I'm just a Hulk…Hulking around….hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk-hulk…"
Who thought this was a good idea? Who?!
I expect these images will haunt us on Taboola spam links for years.
