It’s Sheen, there’a a lot of evidence floating around the net. He spent his birthday a few weeks ago with Denise Richards and their kids. In the dicorce papers submitted by Richards is this “(Sheen) was accessing gay pornography sites which I found even more disturbing because the boys looked underage”

I have my doubts, too. But the rumors about him are old.

From one of Radar’s earlier reports on this: “During a lunch break for the cast and crew, and Haim, innocent and ambitious as he was, allowed himself to be sodomized.”

Downey Jr. was not A-list in 1983/84. Not even a little bit close to it. He was still considered a young actor who’s fame wasn’t even parallel to Sheen’s at the time.

I have a visceral dislike of RDJ that I’ve never been able to really explain (but the fact that he’s a diehard republican made me feel a little vindicated), so I may not be shocked if it is him.

My take has been that Sheen merely took advantage of the nearest equally high warm body. Given the rumors of his behavior with a male escort while having no reputation as being gay or even bisexual, I find it entirely believable (in the context of the rumor, mind you) that he and Haim got high, Sheen is the type to…

And what if Charlie Sheen was also a victim/result of child rape, and was perpetuating it on other kids, or helping to procure kids for older men...? He is all kinds of messed up and one has to wonder why.

This article and all the speculation...I am literally sitting here thinking, “Okay, who would I rather lose from my list of actors I enjoy: Brad Pitt? Martin Sheen? Robert Downey Jr.?” To me, RDJ would hurt the most. But whoever it is needs to be named.

I didn’t do nearly that much digging, but as I was reading the comments I had a fleeting “What if it was Martin Sheen? That would be terrible.” moment, but I bushed it off. Now it’s more concrete. :(

Maybe that was one of his many abuses, as in that movie Haim would have been older that 11, I think? It’s really horrible, that poor kid.

Haim actually lived with Downey after the movie for about a month and half. Downey would certainly be considered “A-List”.

Charlie Sheen is the name that has repeatedly come up over the years in reference to this. (and he’s also been rumored to be gay as of a year or two ago based on widely tabloided reports of him and a gay escort partying.)

It says the first rape happened when Haim was 11, so 1982. The rapist had to be someone who was a really big star at that point, and still is today. And probably someone who was at least 21, if not older, in 1982. Otherwise it would have been considered “teens fooling around” even though Haim was so young.
