As a previous owner of a 1971 RX-2, this tickles me pink.

Got pulled over in Brunswick, Georgia with a temporary “Guantanamo Bay, Cuba” license plate on my 1970 MGB. Hilarity ensued. The temp tag was legit - Gitmo was my last duty station and they would not let the permanent plates leave the base. Cop was totally bumfuzzled but eventually let me go.

Now with the other kind of LSD, you don’t even need a vehicle to perform those kinds of stunts.

I found a cheaper way - I just dump my nitrous into the passenger compartment instead of the motor. And a second bottle before dentist visits.

As a lifelong smoker, my heart goes out to obese folks. Same problem, different poison is how I honestly see it. I have a dear friend who weighs 475 pounds and he’s always ragging on me (in a friend sort of way) about the negative effects of my secondhand smoke. I finally got him back by telling him his first hand

Believe it or not ( and I was 21 in 1976), hardly anyone was overweight and to see a morbidly obese person was a unicorn moment.

I had an ‘81 Tercel. Great car. Got 43 mpg in combined driving. Traded it in for an ‘83 Tercel that got 48 mpg.

When did the recession end? Somehow I missed it...

Dang you’re on to me. I confess I made the whole turn signal bit up

I drive a ‘99 M3 and use the turn signals - what is wrong with me? FYI the turn signal stalk looks a spark advance lever in this vehicle - weird..

Having lived there for several years, I concur. Have they stopped backing up on the interstates yet?

I drove a ‘65 Olds F-85 with the 330 V8 and the Jetaway. If you held your foot to the floor it would shift from low to high at about 65mph

I had an ‘85 Cavalier “Type 10" (last vehicle I had with a horizontal speedo). When people would ask what “Type 10" stood for, I told them it was a “Type 9" that actually runs.

COTD or I’m not a Martian Citizen!

Please don’t tell me I have to get rid of my “Kucinich 2008",“Republicans for Voldemort” and “Dread Zeppelin” stickers now....

At first I though the guy in the white suit had a cigarette in his mouth, but turns out it’s the guy in the blue suit’s teeth and not a cigarette. “Ambiguity - the devil’s volleyball” - Emo Philips

Tie with “Stimpy’s Big Invention” I think
