Clearly, pushing someone to an airline gate is an extremely complicated procedure that requires the training and expertise of a nurse. Oh, no, wait, it isn't.

"Ground agents are usually more than willing to help out passengers if they are aware that said passenger needs extra help." Except when they don't, clearly. Apparently, you can put in a request, have the airline say they can meet said request, and then when they drop the ball have random people on the internet tell

You're equating being responsible for someone's medical needs with literally *not losing a person.* The bar here was really NOT very high. Saying "she's too disabled to fly" is missing the entire point.

Actually, that literally is their job. If part of your job is being responsible for disabled passengers, you fucking do it. You don't say "Oh, her family should have been more responsible for her," because whether that's true or not *it's fucking irrelevent to doing your own damn job.*

*is boggling at people accusing

I don't think you know what "investigation" is. Or even "shitslinging."

So what does the Human Fund do? Since you're so sure they do good work, you must know, right?

Yes.

Exactly.

Yup, this. ^

Yup!

Because to get the flu you have to catch it from someone. The fewer people to catch it from, the safer you are.

Yup. The idea that vaccines "weaken" your immune system is silly and the exact opposite of the truth. They jumpstart it! And they're really one of our coolest human inventions. =)

I second this.

Thanks for rethinking it. It's always good when people are open to new information. =)

Yup. Seriously, have we all forgotten what "infectious diseases" are? They spread.

I had a bad reaction to an antibiotic. What I learned from that was that I'm allergic to Zithro. Now I take amoxicillin instead. I didn't swear off all modern medicine as a result. That's like getting food poisoning and deciding not to eat.
