It just wasn’t big enough. The rear seat had as much legroom as the Impreza of the time. And that comes from someone who still thinks they’re the best looking Legacy ever.
Especially since they’re finally big enough for four adult-sized adults.
Yes, but with sliding doors!
Not much less unfortunately.
It’d be a better and more interesting test with a WRC car instead of an F1 car.
Starred for the Ace and Gary sighting!
Now now, $kay never posted nudes. And I truly miss her.
Not to mention turbo(s) and all the additional piping/complexity. I’m also not sure if these half-ton diesels have two batteries. I know my friend’s older diesel F250 does.
As you should! I didn’t mean investment like ‘put it away in a climate controlled garage for the rest of it’s life’, I just meant it would be a great car to own as an insanely fun ride and wouldn’t lose much in value over time.
I’m not sure there’s going to be as much depreciation on this niche (low number) vehicle as people seem to be alluding to in the comments. There haven’t been many uber-wagons here in the states and their production numbers for U.S. consumption are likely very low (see CTS-V wagon as a slightly skewed example).
I’m honestly curious how or why Volvo denied you a purchase of a car that they currently sell. From my understanding the V90s are all based solely on customer orders.
I’m not sure if you’re being sarcastic or not, but the rarity/scarcity (both now, and certainly in the future) of these on U.S. soil makes me wonder if they’re not going to be long term investments for some folks.
You take that back!!! I had recently read The Most Dangerous Game and Leguizamo was en fuego, great stuff!
If only it weren’t so ugly.
I was picturing:
This. There’s no way RM would do that intentionally. It would hurt their brand incredibly.
I believe you mean the 11-99 Foundation, at least in CA.
Or just roundabouts. I understand why neighbors wouldn’t want flashing traffic signals outside of their house all night long.
We used to do that with our friend’s Dodge Neon! The spots were 45 degree angled spots and we’d move it so it was parallel parked. Good times!
