Imma be real with you—i’ve seen the efforts nintendo has made in recent generations to grow Samus’ popularity and it has really turned me off from her as a character. In order to make a female character resonate with japanese audiences she needs to be relegated to a supporting role only, have giant breasts, wear next

Now playing

you said “music” and i instantly looked up THIS:

This is sad to say and I hope this comment never finds it’s way to Miyamoto, but it has gotten to the point where when I hear he is getting directly involved in a game, I start to loose interest.

I groan everytime someone mentions the “Mario RPG series” and included SMRPG with all the inferior Paper Marios and Mario & Luigi games. For me nothing ever came close to SMRPG and it’s a game that deserves more attention.

Isn’t splatoon also a 3rd person shooter? In either case, i’ve seen interviews where Japanese developers talk about how Japan has lost its place as a leader in the video game industry and a big part of the blame falls to the individuals heading all the companies who refuse to expand their ideas of what makes a good

Easily one of the worst Clueless Gamer episodes.

The only reason YJ got cancelled was it was attracting alot of young female views. That made it direct competition with other more “female” oriented products. That type of cross draw is a big nono in the younger viewer demo.

Compared to the gleaming golden cartridge of my youth, it is mustard.

I wish people would take a broader view, because this case doesn’t exist in a vacuum. The head of the FBI had said for years they want a backdoor into every phone, period. The tech companies have resisted, because intentionally building weaknesses into your security will almost certainly be exploited by hackers. And

They weren’t reboots. At all. In fact, there were no “they” for us to even reference. Marvel had no events to even classify as reboots or not-reboots. It’s just... one day Iron Man was a product of the Vietnam War, and then he was a product of a more recent conflict and Vietnam wasn’t mentioned again. All the stuff

Until recently, Marvel never rebooted. They used a sliding timeline method and simply ignored anything they wanted to ignore. Anything that was dated was just ignored, with a few notable exceptions (like Cap will always be a WWII solider). Most major events always “happened” while minor things were happily forgotten.

you’re very welcome. ^_^
