Hey guys.. We know you love getting the entire game out of the gate and have been waiting for this far longer then you should have. It has only gotten worse with time sadly. Due to the culture of blaming the victim or saying they could just quit the game. It is always on the victim to find a solution rather then outright banning these kinds of people or putting real penalties onto their behavior.

If you do get Cleopatra expect war and lots of early-game military units. It will never fail if you are even slightly close to her.

Been there with Egypt and Japan several times now. They have like two cities but yet some how can afford 15 early-game military units. Then they declare surprise war because why not!? And suddenly I am swarmed with dirt cheap early military units.

Oh.. man I know! Even more so late game when you are fighting off several different civilizations in a space race. So you have as many as you can defending and every few turns you have to bloody reassign them.

I’ve always felt the barbarians were out of control in civilization and often would focus on the human player more then the AI. I know in past games I’d watch them walk by an AI city with a single unit in it ripe for the taking. So they could go attack my super city with all the improvements and sure I could wipe them…

I could get behind that because as others have said. Once you get out of the early to mid game there is really nothing to do late game. You have either already won or you failed.
