NO THE DEFIANT ONES?!?!?!?!? Why isn't The Av Club recommending me to watch The Defiant Ones?!?!?!?!? I need to know if The Defiant Ones is still worthy of a watch!!! Is it airing, can I play it on the mayonnaise, when are the repeats of the repeats happening????

Shakespeare meets a woman who isn't into love and OH SURPRISE! she falls madly in love with his shitty self, to the point of making her wooden crate's lock be "I'm in S——- P——".

Damn, the other day we were talking on the WOT channel about Robert Knepper roles and I totally forgot about that one! Cult had an interesting premise, but everything went downhill quickly and never looked back.

*Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss drool at your comment*

Perfect to wash your Galliano outfits.

You think baseball players get too many bats to the head? Otherwise I don't know how to explain those answers.

Let me guess, the A.V. Club writers really really like The Defiant Ones.

Maybe she had a reaction to something she ate. I have an old pet too, a cat, and sometimes he discharges with blood when a meal lands poorly on his intestines and he becomes very lethargic, but after switching brands or simply straying from his usual diet he returns to his usual state. Hopefully that's what happened

Keep us updated, please, the vet will probably be able to help or at least make a good diagnosis of her problem and how to proceed.

The Minsky Robot and Mac Cop episode was my favorite of S3, especially because of the Wyh story. It broke my heart in so many places, and it dealt with some futility themes that later became a stamp of the season.

I was just playing a bit with the Ancient Aliens joke we do to Jasoomian on What's On Tonight. Sorry for the confusion, I can't help but to type aliens between spoiler tags!
But yes, the whole show runs around water aliens invading people, not really a spoiler.

Sending Gravy lots of love, and I'll have her in my prayers.

The mother and I finished Fargo, season three. My spoiler bet went wrong, mom liked S3 more than S2, but overall she keeps saying S1 is a masterpiece and everything else is a predictable, but nice, show. Ray the Metaphysical Kitten made her awwwwww, while she didn't even muster a "yay" for the return of Mr. Wrench.

Dangity, I didn't know Tour de Pharmacy premiered this week! I was sold not only because 7 Days in Hell was fucking great, but also because all the snippets of Freddie Highmore's performance there, which looks/sounds like a stealth show stealer!

Boy, I keep confusing your American Dreams mentions with the American Dreamz movie, which prompts several "wait, wasn't that a movie?" thoughts, followed by "you're an idiot, Whistler".

I saw the pictures of my country's president (Macri) on the Global Citizen festival there on the G20 summit… and you have to give it to him, he sported the living shit outta that "tryhard WASP" look.

This is great info!!! Thanks for the link!!!!

I prefer S1, but when S2 kickstarts the action, it becomes killer!
S3 was always, I dunno, there. After Ray's death I thought things were going to get a little thrust and yet everything remained the same passive tone, even wasting the chance of having Mr. Wrench there kicking a whole lotta ass.

My mother thought the same thing. I didn't mind, really, I saw it as a way for us to know the story, not necessarily related to Gloria or Thaddeus' vision, but it may have been better represented in an era-focused style.
You know what I thought it'd be a good alternative to the sequence style? View-Master style.

Damn, I watched that episode a bunch of times, and yet I can't remember the dialogue for most of it. I remember being impressed by the live action 3D Homer the first time I saw it.
